Bento Outside The Box

What a great place to be where I could have a deep-rootedly, deeply satisfying, traditional pudding & souse for brunch on Saturday, and then as well fully sate my tastebuds and appetite with progressively creative, tempura-ed nori sushi tacos with shrimp tempura (and char sui baos and beef veggie spring rolls) for brunch on Sunday, as I did earlier today at Bento Box in Warrens, St. Michael.

I’m so happily stuffed I don’t think I’ll have room for dinner, and so enjoyed this brunch that I don’t think I’ll even miss dinner.

 
 

Great to finally meet owner/operator Scott Ames in person and thank him for sharing both his illustrious lifelong history in the food and beverage industry (his acumen and experience proven by the excellent food and service) and his charge in hiring local chefs and in his primary focus of providing vibrant experiences for locals and local communities.
