WHAT BETTER WAY TO TRANSITION National Grilled Cheese Month into National Burger Month than with the sandwich that prides itself the best of both worlds: the patty melt. I made mine here with sharp cheddar cheese, goat cheese, and buttered rye bread, making for one delicious, oozy, cheesy, tangy, meaty, crispy, crusty, juicy, meaty, greasy, bite after another!
